CEM designs and manufactures specialty composite sandwich panels for marine, transportation, construction, and industrial applications, combining high-performance cores with fiberglass laminates for enhanced strength, durability, and efficiency across diverse industries. To support these panel systems and our customers' broader composite needs, CEM also distributes the core materials and resins behind them: various Orthophthalic, Isophthalic, and Vinyl Ester resins; Nida-Core, a lightweight and durable plastic honeycomb core with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio; Coosa, a high-density polyurethane foam board with superior strength and resistance to water, rot, and corrosion; and PET foam, an eco-friendly, recycled core with strong mechanical and thermal properties.
